WHY WE BUILT THIS

Job-search emails already hold an accurate record of your search.

Most job seekers end up running their search in three places at once: a spreadsheet that falls out of date within a week, a folder full of confirmations and rejections, and a memory that's supposed to hold the rest. None of it holds up once you're applying to more than a handful of roles.

OfferTrail starts from a simple idea: the emails already tell the story. Every application confirmation, recruiter reply, interview invitation, and rejection has a timestamp. A private Gmail filter forwards matching job-search emails to the unique address for your OfferTrail workspace. OfferTrail never signs in to or browses your inbox, and your other email stays in Gmail.
