Calm over clutter
A job search is stressful enough without a dashboard that adds to it. OfferTrail is deliberately quiet.
We built OfferTrail because the record of your search already exists. It's just scattered across your inbox.
Applications spread across a spreadsheet, an inbox, and memory. None of the three agree with each other.
Application receipts and recruiter updates already exist as timestamped emails. They should not need to be typed twice.
One private workspace turns forwarded job-search emails into a calm, current view of your applications.
Most job seekers end up running their search in three places at once: a spreadsheet that falls out of date within a week, a folder full of confirmations and rejections, and a memory that's supposed to hold the rest. None of it holds up once you're applying to more than a handful of roles.
OfferTrail starts from a simple idea: the emails already tell the story. Every application confirmation, recruiter reply, interview invitation, and rejection has a timestamp. A private Gmail filter forwards matching job-search emails to the unique address for your OfferTrail workspace. OfferTrail never signs in to or browses your inbox, and your other email stays in Gmail.
What we believe
A job search is stressful enough without a dashboard that adds to it. OfferTrail is deliberately quiet.
OfferTrail does not sign in to or browse your inbox. It receives only the job-search emails matched by your private Gmail filter.
Automatic status updates are grounded in emails forwarded to OfferTrail, not manual entries you might forget to update.
Anyone applying to more than a few roles at once, including recent graduates entering the market, professionals between roles, and anyone tired of asking themselves “wait, did I already apply there?”
Keep every application, document and next step in one clear workspace.
